To ensure fairness and clarity, the following terms apply to all Legacy Plumbing & HVAC promotions:

🚫 What’s Not Included or Eligible

1. 1. After-Hours Restrictions
      Promotions are not valid for services scheduled during nights, weekends, holidays, or after-hours emergency calls.
   2. One Offer Per Visit
      Only one promotion, discount, or coupon may be applied per service call. Offers cannot be combined.
   3. Limited-Time Only
      All promotions are subject to expiration dates and availability. We reserve the right to change or discontinue offers at any time.
   4. No Cash Value
      Promotions have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or used as payment toward past invoices.
   5. LEGACY Peace of Mind Plan Members
      Some promotions may not apply if you are currently enrolled in a LEGACY Peace of Mind Plan, as plan members often receive exclusive ongoing discounts and preferred pricing. Ask us how to get the best value based on your plan benefits.
   6. New Work Only
      Offers apply to new work only and cannot be used for warranty service, previously scheduled jobs, or repeat visits for the same issue.
   7. Minimum Service Requirements
      Some promotions may require a minimum purchase or qualifying service level to be valid.
   8. Residential-Only
      Unless otherwise specified, promotions are valid for residential customers only. Commercial services may have different pricing structures.
   9. Technician Must Be Notified at Time of Service
      To redeem a promotion, you must mention it when booking OR show the offer to your technician on-site. Not valid if claimed after service is completed.
   10. Geographic Limitations
       Promotions may be valid only within our standard service area. Additional travel charges may apply outside this zone.
   11. Errors & Updates
       All promotions are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors may occur. Please contact us to verify current terms and availability.
