LEGACY is a Flat Rate Transparent Organization. Why Flat Rate?
- PREDICTABILITY: You know the total cost of a project or service call upfront, which allows for better budgeting and financial planning. In contrast, a T&M model can lead to unpredictable costs and expenses.
- COST SAVINGS: Flat Rate pricing often leads to cost savings for the customer because it incentivizes our team to work more efficiently and effectively. With T&M, the service provider may have a financial incentive to work more slowly or to use more resources than necessary.
- NO SURPRISE BILLS: Flat rate pricing eliminates the possibility of unexpected expenses or bills at the end of a project. Everything is quoted and approved upfront. If an unforeseen issue arises we will requote so there are no surprises. T&M customers may be shocked to receive a large bill at the end of a project due to unforeseen circumstances or extra work.
- AWESOME COMMUNICATION: Flat Rate pricing improves communication between us and our customers because it allows for a clear understanding of what is included in the service call and what is not. T&M often leads to disagreements over what work was actually performed and how much time was spent on it.
