I have had nothing but excellent service from Legacy. Our contractor brought Cole and Josh in from Legacy to do plumbing as part of a redo of our kitchen due to water damage. I was thrilled to learn that Legacy also does furnace and air conditioning checks and repairs. Last week Connor checked out my furnace. Today Shawn (I hope I spelled your name correctly) put in a new sump pump for me. Earlier, Josh fixed a whole house filter. I am now on a schedule to have all of those things taken care of by a company I trust. They all double check their work, they are honest, professional ,and very competent. Courtney and Nora are always on top of things and arrange appointments in a courteous and timely manner. It is clear that Legacy has effective communication among all of their staff and that people are happy working there.

I tried to install a new sink at my house and almost had it. Until I realized the sink would not fit. Haha. We called LEGACY, and Josh came to our house last night. He was there until 2:30 am getting the job done. He was respectful and quiet and did a fantastic job getting our sink installed and the garbage disposal and dishwasher up and going again. He made sure there was no leaking and cleaned up after himself. He even asked me if I was satisfied with the cleaning with the work he did. Not only did he do a fantastic job, but he also showed up within 15 minutes of calling. I’ve had the most incredible experience with a company and its staff. LEGACY has an excellent work ethic, great culture, and a staff that is worth every penny they make. Not to mention, Im officially out of the Dog house. Thank you, Josh.
